This recipe makes one batch of amazingly tender baked (or BBQed) chicken breasts.

Your friends and family will want thirds.

Ingredients:

1/4 cups plain yogurt add substitute (disabled)
2 tbsp vegetable oil add substitute (disabled)
2 tbsp lemon juice add substitute (disabled)
or: 2 tbsp Lime Juice
2 tbsp Liquid Honey add substitute (disabled)
2 tbsp curry powder add substitute (disabled)
1 tbsp garlic add substitute (disabled)
1/2 tsp salt add substitute (disabled)
6 each Skinless Chicken Breasts add substitute (disabled)

Instructions:

Combine yogurt, oil, lemon juice, honey, curry powder, garlic and salt. Mix. Brush over chicken. Cover chicken and refridgerate for 4 hours.

Preheat oven to 375. Put chicken on a pan and bake for 40 minutes. Remove and eat.
