This recipe makes one batch of amazingly tender baked (or BBQed) chicken breasts. Ingredients:
1/4 cups plain yogurt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
or: 2 tbsp Lime Juice
2 tbsp Liquid Honey
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt
6 each Skinless Chicken Breasts
Instructions:
Combine yogurt, oil, lemon juice, honey, curry powder, garlic and salt. Mix. Brush over chicken. Cover chicken and refridgerate for 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 375. Put chicken on a pan and bake for 40 minutes. Remove and eat.
