Delicious fast and healthy chicken recipe. Seems fancy, but is very easy. Peeps be all: "Daaaaamn where you learn to cook fancy?" And you are all: "LOL foodpile"

Ingredients:

1/4 cups Dijon Mustard add substitute (disabled)
4-8 Chicken Pieces / Breasts add substitute (disabled)
1 large onion add substitute (disabled)
1 tbsp poultry seasoning add substitute (disabled)
or: 1 tbsp Sage, Rosemary, white pepper, celery salt (mixed)
1 large bay leaf add substitute (disabled)
pinch salt add substitute (disabled)
enough pepper add substitute (disabled)
splash oil add substitute (disabled)
1 tbsp butter add substitute (disabled)
tbsp honey add substitute (disabled)
splash White Wine add substitute (disabled)
or: splash beer

Instructions:

1. heat large frying pan to medium,lightly oil.

2. Place chicken pieces in pan, add salt, pepper, then brown. (Be strong, don't flip them until brown.)

3. When chicken is brown, add onions. Spread mustard + poultry seasoning on chicken and fry with onions until cooked though.

*You may be concerned about the brownness in the pan at this point, but fear not, that is part of the plan. Brown = flavor in this case.

4. Add the wine + de-glaze that mofo.

5. Add butter + honey and let simmer until everything is well cooked. (Salt, pepper, spices to taste) Turn off heat and let it sit for a few minutes.

Serve with french bread + salad. Also good cold. Even better the next day.
