1 egg add substitute (disabled)
6 tbsp milk add substitute (disabled)

or: 4 tbsp Shortening
1 cups sugar add substitute (disabled)

1/4 cups butter add substitute (disabled)

Instructions:

Sift the dry ingredients together. (2c flour, baking powder, salt, and 4tbsp sugar).

Rub in the 4tbsp butter so it's all clumpy and crumby.

Beat the egg, and add it to the milk.

Mix the egg/milk concoction with the dry ingredients.

Roll/press it out onto a cookie sheet.

Throw on fruit of your choice. Recommendation: rhubarb and/or strawberries.

Sprinkle on the the other portions of sugar/flour/butter.

Bake at 375 until it's nice and brown on top. Eat for success.
