Also known as "Thin German Pancakes".

I got this recipe from an authoritative source: the More With Less.

Ingredients:

2 cups flour add substitute (disabled)
2 eggs add substitute (disabled)
2 cups milk add substitute (disabled)
1/2 tsp salt add substitute (disabled)
1/3 cups oil add substitute (disabled)

Instructions:

Mix everything except the oil together. It should be very smooth and thin. A blender may be in order.

Keep the oil hot.

Heat a skillet to medium hot. Add about a tablespoon of oil and pour in about 1/4c of batter. Tilt that baby around a bit so the batter is spread out nice and thin.

Turn in a minute or two when the underside is brown.

Repeat.

They go damn fine with some strawberry-rhubarb sauce.
