Put things on it and bake it.

Makes 2 18-20" pizzas or 1 thick cookie sheet.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp yeast add substitute (disabled)
1 1/2 cups luke warm water add substitute (disabled)
1/4 cups milk powder add substitute (disabled)
1 tbsp coarse salt add substitute (disabled)
or: 2 tsp table salt
1/4 cups olive oil add substitute (disabled)
2/3 cups whole wheat flour add substitute (disabled)
2 1/2 cups white flour add substitute (disabled)

Instructions:

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water.

Mix rest of water with salt and dry milk powder, add the yeast water.

Add oil and flours (not quite all of the white).

Knead dough 6-8 mins.

Add flour as needed to make a soft springy dough.

Let rise till doubled, about an hour.

Preheat the oven to 350 degree. Sprinkle cornmeal on ungreased pan to prevent sticking. Bake for 18-20 min.
