I made it for NYE, you may have tasted it.

Ingredients:

5.5 L Dry red wine add substitute (disabled)
2 Limes add substitute (disabled)
2 Lemons add substitute (disabled)
2 Oranges add substitute (disabled)
1 Small-Medium Pineapple, prepared (large cunks/ring add substitute (disabled)
2 apples add substitute (disabled)
10 oz Triple Sec add substitute (disabled)
1/2 can/jar Orange juice concentrate add substitute (disabled)
1/2 cups sugar add substitute (disabled)
2.5-3 L Ginger Ale add substitute (disabled)

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except ginger ale. I did this in 3 separate containers in the fridge, as it's about 6-7L worth of space. Let it stew, covered, in the fridge for 24 hours. Booze will lose its alcohol content if not covered.

When guests arrive (or as you use it), transfer to punch bowl or pitcher, mixing about 2/3 red wine mixture and 1/3 ginger ale - or to taste.

When buying red wine, go for the boxed stuff. 4L for about $30. Dry red wine. You don't need anything fancy because really, you're just adding a bunch of fruit and "ruining" the wine in doing so. Be cheap. I used "proprietor's reserve dry red" in a 4L box, and a bottle of JT Merlot that was graciously donated. :)
